About Israeli Flying Aid (IFA)

Israel Flying Aid (IFA), founded by Gal Lusky in 2005, is a non-profit, independent, non-governmental organization that delivers life-saving aid to communities affected by natural disasters and human conflict. IFA operates in places where local regimes prevent formal international humanitarian organizations from entry. IFA specifically focuses on countries that lack diplomatic relations with Israel. Transcending differences, prejudices, race, nationality, religion and creed. IFA team members represent the pulsating heart of Israel and believe in the sanctity of human life as reflected in the Jewish "Halacha". IFA's motto is: "“Nobody asks permission to kill. We don't ask permission to save lives.” IFA's missions include Pakistan, Sudan Iraq, Haiti, Sri Lanka, Burma, Indonesia, Georgia, Nepal, Syria and more. "Devote yourself to justice, aid the wronged, uphold the rights of the orphan, defend the cause of the widow." (Isaiah, Chapter 1, 16-17)
