About ISS First Response - 1300 131 001

ISS - First Response, emergency response services are second to none. Whether it’s a breakdown on the Hume, a minor accident on the Newell or a major rollover the Bruce Highway, ISS First Response is on its way. ISS First Response is the first company of its kind in Australia. It was established in 2005 from an identified need for better quality of emergency response services for transport and heavy vehicles in Australia. Previously the company operated as Re-Car Emergency Response, before breaking away to provide a stronger focus on establishing a team of highly qualified and specialised emergency responders. Since establishment, ISS First Response has committed to developing high standards of emergency response, contributing the training and development of first-class heavy vehicle incident management skills and practices in Australia. With our nation-wide infrastructure and extensive network of heavy vehicle service providers, ISS First Response is uniquely positioned to provide a wide range of dedicated transport services that enhance the safety of your drivers, the security of your vehicles and the performance of your business. Some of our specialised transport services include: * GPS Monitoring to keep an eye on your vehicles wherever they are in Australia. * E-Stop Activations to remotely and immediately terminate services in the event of an emergency, such as unmanned petrol pumps. * Accident Management and Claims Initiation to attend and document accident scenes, co-ordinate emergency services and initiate insurance claims processes. * Man Down Programs to track the movement of personnel in restricted or dangerous areas after hours to ensure their safety and security. Contact us for more information on 1300 131 001 about any of these services or to discuss ways in which ISS First Response may be able to help your transport business.
