Issei means “first generation Japanese immigrants”, and inspires our philosophy to bring the best of our heritage to the U.S. Our products are inspired by the treasured ancient Japanese tradition of mochi treats, made with pure rice grains and mountain spring water for centuries. Mochi Gummies are free of gelatin and synthetic dyes.
