About iT ENGINEERING Manufacturing Solutions GmbH

We are a supplier of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for the manufacturing industry. With the software product "MES-Software EMC", the company occupies a leading position in individual industries. EMC is a synonym for success (E) resulting from machine efficiency (M) and controlling (C). The modular MES software EMC for detailed production planning, operating, machine and process data acquisition (PDA/MDA/PDA) as well as monitoring and reporting enables the support and optimization of integrated production processes. The MES software EMC acts as a central information hub and ensures transparent production processes, flexibility and cost efficiency by integrating production data. This prepares customers to integrate Industry 4.0 approaches into your production and to convert your production step by step into a Smart WIRE Factory. With a high level of technical and industry expertise and many years of experience, we accompany our customers from project introduction, through installation and commissioning, to support during operation. Our sister company iT Engineering Software Innovations GmbH develops individual software solutions - as an integral part of the machines or as a supplementary application - for mechanical engineering and industrial automation. Our customers are global technological market leaders as well as highly specialised German medium-sized companies. They appreciate our pragmatic and at the same time professional approach with a team-oriented working method. What sets us apart is that we have very long experience in the two areas of "mechanical engineering" and "manufacturing processes". With Industry 4.0 and the latest developments in the direction of networking this is very valuable for our customers and a real competitive advantage. You too can benefit from this and from our systematic approach and many years of experience!
