About It From Bit

It From Bit builds defensible advantage in high-stakes environments. We engineer AI-native decision intelligence—strategic wargaming, simulation, and optimization—to turn uncertainty into decision-ready action. We operate on a simple principle: Intelligence as Infrastructure. We do not just build models; we design durable decision systems that hold under constraints, scrutiny, and time pressure. Core Practices: • Strategic Wargaming & Decision Optimization | Simulate scenarios, test strategies, and generate advantage under constraints using AI-augmented models. • Operations & Resilience Systems | Stress-test supply chains, reduce risk, and raise adaptability through simulation and forecasting. • AI Policy & Governance Strategy | Align AI with institutional mandates to operationalize transparency, accountability, and human intent. In 2025, our team contributed strategic analysis to the Croatia AI Ecosystem Brief, a private-sector-led report on compute infrastructure and AI governance. High-stakes strategy starts with a briefing. Ready to build your advantage? Let’s talk.
