About It Goes Forward

It Goes Forward (“Forward”) revolutionizes returns by allowing them to skip the trip back to warehouses and be sent directly to new buyers. Our technology reduces waste, costs, and CO₂ emissions by incentivizing consumers to participate in our innovative model. Forward’s algorithm optimises matching, discounts, tracks packages and emissions saved, providing real-time updates. This approach cuts warehouse returns by 44% and CO₂ emissions by 30%, benefiting both consumers and retailers while promoting sustainability.
