About iTechPath Private Limited

This is the official KPSL iTechPath page. iTechPath is a tech company based out of Bangalore, India, started by experienced technology and business professionals. We provide end-to-end services such as outsourcing, development, collaboration, etc. for overseas companies who wish to set up their Global In-House Center (GIC) or outsource their software services to India. For such companies, we provide end to end services such as outsourcing, development, collaboration, etc. Outsourcing to India has been quite popular since the 1990’s. But, setting up a GIC is more challenging especially when the parent company does not already have a presence in the new location. Establishing a business in a new destination involves several dimensions. The laws of the land, partnering options, operational needs and infrastructure requirements need to be integrated with the parent organization’s business strategy and processes. Choosing a suitable business model becomes critical to the success of the GIC. While there are a large number of companies which offer assistance in setting up a business in India, a well researched custom solution is rarely provided. We bring in our experience in offshore operations, technology and finance to bridge the gap through our GIC model.
