About Iterative Search

Search engine designs have stagnated since their inception, the way you search now is the same way you searched then. They still focus on returning more results faster, but users want better results that are better organized. How does having a search engine return 488,000,000 results in .038 seconds actually help? It doesn't. You need fewer, but better results. Iterative Search is not a new search engine, but an evolved search tool that integrates with existing search engines to change how you find more relevant search results. Iterative Search is the first tool to modernize search and is based on UX research of typical user search behaviors. History, bookmarks, and multiple tabs are poor solutions for common search needs. Users need an evolved search tool designed around the way they perform common searches. The visual design approach of Iterative Search reduces existing cumbersome tasks to single click actions. It also allows users to quickly pick up a previous search from where they left off, later, without having to rerun a search.
