About ITG-NIR Compressor (JV) Ltd

ITG-NIR Compressor (JV) Limited represents a strategic alliance between ITG Group (Italy) and NIR Limited (Bangladesh) — two organizations united by a shared vision of engineering excellence and customer-focused innovation. Founded in 2018, ITG-NIR brings together the heritage of Italian industrial technology and the strength of local market expertise to deliver advanced compressed air solutions tailored to the needs of modern industry. As a joint venture, ITG-NIR stands at the crossroads of global innovation and local service, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and long-term value for every client. Driven by Italian design principles and a commitment to sustainable performance, ITG-NIR’s mission is to provide cutting-edge compressed air systems that empower industries across Bangladesh and beyond — with technical precision, after-sales excellence, and energy efficiency at the core of every solution. At the heart of our product excellence lies our partnership with Eclat Air, a trusted name in compressor technology since 1989. Originating from Taiwan, Eclat Air was founded by pioneers in the air compressor industry who had been active since 1972. Drawing on Japanese MIKUNI technology, Eclat Air quickly became a leader in the development and production of medium- and low-pressure reciprocating compressors and PET reciprocating air compressors. In 2021, in response to global industrial shifts and the initiatives of China’s “Belt and Road” and “Dual Carbon” strategies, Eclat Air relocated its R&D and manufacturing headquarters to Shanghai, China, establishing a strategic global structure that includes one R&D center and three international branches. Today, Eclat Air’s engineering expertise powers the performance and reliability of ITG-NIR compressors, ensuring that every system meets world-class standards of innovation, durability, and efficiency.
