Ithaca Beer Company specializes in brewing world-class craft beer. Farm-to-table, American-style fare is served in our lively and modern brewpub restaurant. In addition to year-round favorites like our popular Flower Power IPA, you can also choose from new five-barrel beers, a special Thursday night cask, and seasonal selections on rotation in our Taproom. "The Spirit of the Finger Lakes", Ithaca Beer Co. was founded in 1998 by Dan Mitchell and is New York State's 6th largest craft brewery. Ithaca Beer Co.'s brands are distributed in 15 states plus Washington, DC., and has a popular farm-to-table brewpub at its growing brewery in Ithaca, New York. The Taproom highlights Ithaca Beer products along with locally sourced ingredients. In 2021 a second “Taproom” was opened in Collegetown, adjacent to the Cornell University campus.
