IWBD, International Women Board of Directors, an initiative of On Board Women, is dedicated to grow women leaders in the Boardroom. We champion gender equality and female leadership on a global scale. Our mission is to increase the number of women in the boardroom by growing senior leaders and inspiring organizations to create lasting change aligned with their purpose. Corporate leaders play a crucial role in this journey—fostering inclusive workplace cultures and influencing governance structures that support purposeful leadership. IWBD has be-spoke, by invitation only industry committees where we discuss challenges, solutions and recommendations to turn them into thought leadership piece with our knowledge partner, Wilton & Bain.
