About IWZ ecoprojects GmbH

With more than 25 years of experience in mechanical plastics recycling, we develop customized projects for polyolefins, films, rigids, and PET. Our expertise covers the full project cycle, from process design and technology integration to wastewater and side-stream management, as well as the full scope of CAPEX planning and execution. We create complete recycling plant concepts including logistics and storage areas, while defining construction and building service requirements. Furthermore, we organize and support technology test runs with market partners, supervise ramp-up phases, and deliver business cases and optimization strategies. In addition, we conduct performance analyses of existing processes and equipment, identify bottlenecks, and implement targeted solutions to improve efficiency, machinery performance, and product quality. Through technical excellence and strong project management, we provide efficient, sustainable, and future-proof recycling solutions.
