We are J&Em Training, we are Jane and Emma, seasoned employee relations consultants who deliver high-quality training for HR professionals and managers in all things case management (by this we mean – disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and sickness absence). We are both still active investigators and provide advice to companies on how to effectively manage their people in a positive and compassionate way. Our most popular offering is Workplace Investigation Training, where delegates learn how to conduct fair, compliant, consistent, and positive investigations, putting theory into practice using our bespoke case study throughout the two-day course. We also deliver comprehensive discrimination, bullying & harassment training for employees and line managers to help companies take all reasonable steps to prevent harassment and make the workplace an inclusive and safe space for everyone.
