Come enjoy chophouse classics, a raw bar, fresh seafood, and hyper-seasonal local produce at the latest downtown Silver Spring destination from chef and restaurateur Jerry Hollinger. Our philosophy is inspired by the waterman, whose way of life embodies the highest level of connection with the food we consume; spending sunrise to sunset in tune with the rhythms of the bay and the day's best catch. In that vein, our team hand-selects the best produce available from historic farms in Maryland and Pennsylvania. We source our seafood from the Chesapeake and 100% certified black angus beef from cattle farms in Texas. We believe the food we eat can and should be a representation of how we live our daily lives; with purpose, connection, authenticity, and quality.
