About J3C Group, LLC

It is official, J3C Group is off and running - we are acquiring land, developing and building senior communities for operators around the U.S. - focusing on the California market. Our first project in Dixon California had the official groundbreaking ceremony with friends, family and local folks of importance. Our team can take senior living projects through entitlements all the way to a completed building ready for occupancy. We continue to look for talented folks to join our development and construction teams. Looking for project managers, project engineers, superintendents and project accountants.
