For 180 years we have been helping New Zealand businesses, institutions, families and individuals to develop, to succeed and to rest assured that their legal matters are in very good hands. We use our experience and understanding to guide our clients through challenging legal situations with the minimum of stress. We provide a high quality legal service: - Led from the top by one of our partners, who has ongoing involvement throughout the process - With lawyers who understand the total big picture but are experts in their areas of specialisation - With a real understanding of the issues because we take the time to develop strong and enduring relationships with our clients (we’ve had several clients for over 100 years!) - At a reasonable fee level, ensuring you are across your budget at all times - In plain English to give you the real advice you need - And all the while ensuring discretion at every stage of the process. Our team of experienced lawyers can help with all specialist business, dispute resolution and personal and property legal needs. Many of our family clients and a number of our business clients have trusted Jackson Russell to look after their affairs for generations.
