About JALRW Engineering Group

JALRW is a Miami-based MEP engineering firm trusted by developers, institutions, and design teams to deliver high-performance systems for complex, large-scale projects. We specialize in high-rise residential, multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use developments while also bringing deep experience in K-12 and higher education, healthcare facilities, and transportation infrastructure, including airport projects. Our role goes beyond engineering design. We help clients navigate constraints, reduce risk, and keep projects moving from concept through construction: whether it’s a fast-paced real estate development, an occupied healthcare facility, or a technically demanding institutional project. Our approach is grounded in real-world execution. We integrate engineering with constructability, budget alignment, and code compliance from day one, ensuring that what gets designed can actually be built, permitted, and delivered on schedule. From energy modeling and life cycle cost analysis to BIM coordination and lighting design, we leverage advanced tools to optimize performance without overengineering. The result: efficient, code-compliant systems that support both project feasibility and long-term asset value. Our team includes licensed Professional Engineers with experience across the U.S. and Caribbean. We understand the pace and complexity of development in South Florida and the operational demands of institutional and public-sector projects and we design accordingly. JALRW is built for clients who expect responsiveness, precision, and accountability.
