JAMBAR is the brainchild of Jennifer Maxwell, the co-creator of the original energy bar, PowerBar, which in 1985 launched the entire sports and energy bar category. Now, 35 years later, Jennifer is back creating in the kitchen. As a nutritionist and food scientist, Jennifer dedicated the last four years to developing an organic, nutritious bar using only real food ingredients of premium quality.
