About James River Academy of Diplomacy

Welcome to the James River Academy of Diplomacy, a student-founded and student-led organization based in the Richmond community. We believe that every student, regardless of their background, deserves access to high-quality mentorship and the tools to become an agent of change. What started as a vision for better student enrichment has grown into a vibrant community hub serving up to 300 students through our signature weekly workshops. Our mission is to empower the next generation with the confidence and skills to lead, specifically through the practice of diplomacy, public speaking, and international relations.
