Through the development of practical and professional knowledge, skills and experience, Fifteen provides disadvantaged and forgotten young people with opportunity and a renewed belief in themselves and a unique dining experience for everyone. Fifteen London Restaurant opened in November 2002 and was inspired by Jamie Oliver. It is more than a restaurant - it is a social enterprise and at the heart of the restaurant is the Fifteen Apprenticeship, providing young people the opportunity to have a career and purpose to their life. Fifteen has also established itself as one of the outstanding restaurants in London, providing excellent food and service.
