About Japan Culture and Art Foundation Inc.
Japan Culture and Art Foundation Inc. (JCAF Inc.) is a Melbourne-based non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting and preserving Japanese culture and arts while building meaningful connections across communities. Through cultural events, community activities, and collaborative projects, we aim to create opportunities for people of all backgrounds to experience and enjoy Japanese culture together. We believe that cultural experiences and community engagement can play an important role in improving social connection, mental wellbeing, and overall quality of life. For Japanese people living in Australia and for the next generation growing up here, we hope to create an environment where they can take pride in their cultural heritage while also contributing positively to the diverse community around them. Our vision is to build a welcoming platform where culture, community, and collaboration come together to create a brighter shared future.
