The business behind Jason's Sourdough, Geary’s Bakeriers are an entrepreneurial private bakery business based in Leicestershire, supplying to major retailers and food service customers. We aspire to be the UK’s first choice for affordable high-quality artisan bread at scale – unbeatable for Quality, Service, Innovation and Value for Money. We have a proud and successful heritage stretching back 100+ years but have a modern outlook and big ambitions. We specialise in sourdough-based propositions and long-fermentation where, we believe, the time and care make all the difference to the taste. We have a passion to create great quality bread by blending the best of traditional bakery skills and modern manufacturing methods. Our quality has been celebrated with awards and prizes throughout our history (more than 4000 in total!) and we are proud to see the growth of rise of Jason's Sourdough in recent years.
