About Jaya Design Build Sdn. Bhd.

We are a design-build construction company who specialises in factories, warehouse buildings, institutions, housing/ renovation and industrial buildings. Our team uses a delivery method that replaces the traditional method of awarding separate contracts for design and construction. The contractor, designers, subcontractors, and owner work together as one team to build a project that exceeds the owner’s expectations. Our team members focus on communication, collaboration, and solving problems together. In brief, we are your one stop solution towards any kind of construction and development.
