Jenn launched her first care management company in 2020, growing it into a virtual care organization that achieved an impressive acquisition in 2024. Our team’s expertise spans Virtual Care Program Development and Revenue Cycle Management: Virtual Care: We specialize in building and optimizing programs for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM). Virtual Physical Therapy: With a strong foundation in clinical practice, originating from Jenn’s PT training at UT Southwestern Medical Center (Class of 2004), we design and implement innovative hybrid therapy programs that expand access and maintain exceptional patient outcomes. Revenue Cycle Management: With more than 28 years of direct RCM experience, we understand what it takes to maximize reimbursement, ensure compliance, and strengthen financial performance.
