About JCF Coaching

I coach toward authenticity, impact and joy. My coaching practice supports clients' growth in becoming stronger supervisors and leaders. I am also uniquely positioned to coach leaders in both Talent and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion spaces given my own experience leading those strategic areas. My work is also heavily influenced by an antiracist lens, somatic training and change management studies.
