Élu Meilleur Ouvrier de France 1986, Jean-Paul Hévin n’a de cesse de partager sa passion pour le chocolat. Il fonde en 1988 la Maison Jean-Paul Hévin et ouvre sa première boutique avenue de la Motte-Picquet. Chaque boutique est un lieu de gourmandise où règne le chocolat, de sa version la plus pure aux associations les plus sophistiquées : macarons, bonbons fins au chocolat, tablettes Grands Crus, pâtisseries… Aujourd’hui, Jean-Paul Hévin compte 9 points de vente à Paris, 13 boutiques au Japon et deux boutiques à Taïwan. Il est l'un des plus ardents défenseurs du goût français et de la "culture" chocolat en France et dans le monde. Élu Meilleur Pâtissier-Chocolatier du Monde 2023-2024 au World Pastry Stars.
