About JEMM Construction

JEMM Construction was established by Josh Edgell and Mark Maltry who combined their more than thirty years of experience working in the construction industry. Their leadership has led to a team that is focused on professional service with a personal touch. JEMM Construction is currently one of the leading custom home builders and remodelers in Northeast Ohio. With experience in building of new homes, residential remodeling projects, and small commercial projects, JEMM Construction teams ensure that each project is completed efficiently and tailored to fit the individual needs of each one of the client and their particular project. Trained project managers facilitate constant communications between our customers, sales team, and qualified installers.
