About JH GROUP

JH Group was established in 1987 by Jens Heimberg and commenced business in the security industry. Trading under the name of JH Security, the business quickly grew to being one of the largest security companies in the country, employing over 2600 staff members. After more than 12 years of success in the security industry, Jens facilitated a management buyout of the guarding division which transformed this business into a 100% black owned entity. The cash in transit division was later sold to a national operator. Jens has transformed the Group into a diversified and multi-faceted organisation operating businesses in sectors which include: Hospitality, Property Development, Restaurants, Aquaculture, Fuel Retail and Technology. Having formed partnerships in most of our businesses, we believe that our team of energetic and diverse partners will be the force that sets us apart from the competition and ensures sustained growth with high returns. Our team, who we recognize as our greatest asset, provide the skill and enthusiasm necessary to meet the JH Group’s standards and growing demands in an ever-changing economy. “Our Group is run with passion and commitment, and we believe in empowering our people. Building relationships, entrepreneurship, incentivisation, and decentralised management are keys to our success. We turn ordinary businesses into extraordinary performers, delivering strong and consistent shareholder returns and stable employment for our staff in the process.” – Jens Heimberg
