Jireh Workforce Solutions (JWS) is a workforce development organization and technical training school focused on rebuilding America’s skilled labor pipeline by preparing individuals from low-to-moderate income communities for high-demand careers in clean energy, construction, and infrastructure. JWS was created in response to a growing skilled labor shortage driven by shifting federal programs, reduced safety nets, and the rapid expansion of clean energy and infrastructure projects nationwide. Veterans, returning citizens, and underrepresented workers are often excluded from these opportunities due to limited access to fast, practical, and employer-aligned training. JWS exists to close that gap. The organization delivers 11-week, fast-track training programs offered through day and night schedules in in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, enabling participants to move quickly from entry to employability while maintaining strong technical standards. Core training tracks include solar PV, EV charging, battery storage, construction, HVAC, energy efficiency, and telecom, with planned expansion into welding, microgrids, heavy equipment, smart building controls, renewable manufacturing, offshore wind, and AI-enabled construction. JWS operates a technology-driven delivery model, integrating virtual learning, VR-based lab simulations, AI-enabled assessments, and real-time job matching to ensure training remains scalable and aligned with employer demand. Participants receive wraparound support, including case management, industry certifications, life skills training, and job placement assistance. To remove financial barriers, JWS offers a $0-upfront Income Share Agreement (ISA) tuition model, requiring repayment only after graduates earn above a living-wage threshold. To date, the JWS leadership team has trained and placed more than 1,500 individuals across seven states and three countries, positioning JWS to scale nationally and power the workforce of the future.
