Eli Katz, the principal economist of JK Economics, has been qualified to testify in courts in Ontario and Illinois. Eli’s expertise in loss quantification has been recognized by the Canadian Bar Association (CBA): he was asked by the CBA to submit an opinion to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia concerning the choice of appropriate discount rates for future income losses and costs of care.
