About JK Living

JK Living is a real estate developer and design-build firm. We specialize in custom luxury residences in cool locations. Beautiful spaces in beautiful places. Longtime friends, we are a partnership and collaboration between Zoltan and Peter Kovacs of Walker Ridge Construction and real estate developer Judge Kirby. JK Living combines our collective experience and expertise into a single, focused enterprise. So, we find it. Design it. Build it. Furnish it. We started at “The End” in Montauk NY. More homes are coming there. Probably some hospitality soon as well. Our next location is upstate, to Hunter Mountain, NY
