JK Thermal is a developer and manufacturer of thermal break products that are designed to be used for the construction of insulated concrete assemblies (Tilt-Up, Precast and Cast-in-Place Construction) Our featured product TigerLoc is a thermal break product for use in lining any openings within an insulated concrete assembly. TigerLoc ensures energy code compliance as well as provides the contractor an easy and cost effective solution for forming their wall panels. JK Thermal was started by a self-performing general contractor who saw a challenge with the way buildings were being detailed and built. TigerLoc was developed to solve this issue and soon after JK Thermal was founded.
