About JL Goslar GmbH

Since 1906, JL Goslar has been known for precision in the processing of lead, tin, and their alloys – at our production in Goslar. As an internationally active company, we develop and manufacture high-quality solutions for industry, medicine, research, and many other fields. Our portfolio includes the business areas of radiation protection, semi-finished products, plant and equipment engineering, anodes, transport containers for hazardous materials, and custom-made special solutions. Our many years of metallurgical and physical expertise form the foundation of this. We generate approximately 90% of our revenue with high-quality specialty products – tailored for the most demanding applications worldwide. Our service portfolio extends far beyond the product itself: We offer solutions from a single source – from engineering and project management through manufacturing and assembly to service and long-term support. We demonstrate particular expertise in homogeneous lead lining, which is carried out with the highest precision by a team of around 25 specialists. We also hold a leading market position in the field of hazardous materials solutions – including a global market share of approximately 70% for bromine transport containers. Our commitment: customized products and reliable service, worldwide. What drives us is the combination of experience and progress – guided by clear values: Precision. Sustainability. Competence. Safety. Responsibility. This is how we create solutions that impress today and stand the test of time tomorrow.
