By applying venture-grade scale to social impact, our strategic partnerships and community initiatives have fed, clothed, and impacted more than 1 million people to date. Capital Allocation & Fund Strategy Structuring and governing investment vehicles spanning early-stage, late-stage, and middle-market ventures. This is built on a career history of managing a $100M annual new allocation (spend, management, and stewardship toward IRR), compounding to over $500M in direct responsibility for the AUM. Board Governance and Strategic Scale Serving as a confidential peer to bridge the gap between technical IP, investment strategy, and boardroom-grade fiduciary stewardship. I selectively align with corporate Boards to institutionalize right-sized risk and governance frameworks (including NIST AI RMF) that protect investor capital and fund integrity without choking early-stage velocity or scale-up momentum. I guide leaders through the operational lifecycle backed by a 30-year history of driving 300+ product launches and generating over $2B in enterprise value and exits.
