About JLS Design + Build

JLS Design + Build is a Minneapolis real estate developer and builder. We originate, entitle, design, finance, and construct residential projects from upscale multifamily developments to luxury custom homes. Our integrated model aligns development, interior design, estimating, and construction management to deliver predictable budgets and timelines. We focus on urban infill and select suburban opportunities where thoughtful design and disciplined execution create lasting value. We partner with accredited investors, family offices, and homeowners who expect institutional clarity with small-team responsiveness.
