In other words, we know that we matter. Just telling leaders they need to make sure their employees know that they matter isn’t enough. We show leaders how to do that with scripts, checklists, and team activities. The secret to surpassing employee engagement metrics is connecting with one individual human being at a time. Employee retention is first an individual problem that cannot be directly solved with an organizational solution.
