About John Scott Wintrup Planning & Development

Boutique urban & community planning firm providing professional planning services to municipalities, First Nations and private land owners. We take on the challenging, the controversial, the difficult and the relevant issues in communities that require thoughtful, nimble and intelligent responses. We understand and manage the accelerating changes that are transforming the social, cultural, economic, environmental, and physical fabric of settlement centres. We evolve ossified bureaucracies to change the systems, the processes and the procedures to enhance focus on fairness, equity, and serving the public good to advance the well-being of our settlements that we call ‘home’.
