About John Truslove Chartered Surveyors

Launched by the founder in 1982, John Truslove Chartered Surveyors & Valuers was initially based in Alvechurch before moving to its long term home in Daralbee House in Archer Road, Redditch. With “JT” now retired, the business is run by joint managing directors Ben Truslove and Ian Parker and is established as the “Go-To” firm in Worcestershire for all commercial property advice with a growing reach in Warwickshire and the wider West Midlands. In the past decade the firm has grown to win a well-deserved reputation as one of the leading independent business property consultants in the Midlands, with long term clients now represented by the third and fourth generation in some family firms.
