The JMB offer professional development, support and advice to our members in Ireland. We participate actively in various National Committees involved in policy and decision-making in Irish Education, negotiate on management issues and represent our members in negotiations on issues at national level. Our scope of services include advice on human resources, employee / industrial relations, employment law, data protection, child protection, garda vetting, education research and development, school buildings, school procurement unit, and financial services support.
