VERJUS WHO? (hint: this rhymes. Verjus is pronounced like vair-zhoo.) Verjus translates to green juice. Vert jus in French = green juice. It's naturally non-alcoholic, tart, unfermented & made from grapes that are picked pre-harvest to give the others a little more elbow room. JONI celebrates verjus with two unique flavor profiles: JONI Blanc with basil, celery, and tarragon. JONI Rouge with rosemary, cardamon, and allspice. JONI believes that if it grows together it goes together and our flavors reflect the cuisines that highlight verjus as a well-loved ingredient.
