Jovian Design jobs and careers

About Jovian Design

We make work feel human—and make problems solvable. Jovian Design is a boutique studio that designs useful experiences and uses any tool that helps—from UX/UI to custom AI—then makes it so. We lead with evidence, not hype. Discovery drives requirements; accessibility and privacy are defaults. AI assists; people decide. No dark patterns. No silent data retention. We partner with teams who want outcomes, not noise. Past collaborations include Mattress Firm, Spectrum, ADT, Imperva, and Marsh—proof we can deliver in messy, real-world systems. What we do: product strategy, UX research and design, interface and service design, lightweight AI agents, and practical training (John Henry Project) that helps people work smarter without losing themselves. We don’t post about it. We be about it. Make it so. Our focus is on solving real-world problems and we aren’t afraid to get our hands dirty. Drawing on innovative, research-backed ideas and our own treasure chest of inspiration, we create custom-tailored design solutions, tailored to the real problems of real people.
