About JR Recruitment

JR Recruitment is a specialist local recruitment company built on over 23 years of hands-on experience connecting people with the right roles. Led by a genuinely personable, local recruiter, we're focused on relationships, fast communication and doing things the right way — not cutting corners. Based in the heart of High Wycombe, we specialise in placing candidates in office, administration and warehouse roles across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas. Our local knowledge means we understand the businesses and communities we serve. We believe in building long-term relationships with both employers and candidates. Whether you're looking for your next opportunity or searching for the right talent, we take the time to understand your needs and deliver a personal, supportive recruitment experience. We believe recruitment should be honest, human and supportive. That means real conversations, clear updates and finding candidates who don't just match a job description, but actually fit into a business and its culture.
