We are based in Toronto, ON. Geographically our therapists cover assessments throughout Ontario. All assessments and services are completed by registered Occupational Therapists. We offer a full range of Occupational Therapy services for both catastrophic and non-catastrophic cases for adult, geriatric and pediatric populations. Our services can be conducted in the client's home or in our office. We offer the following assessments: - Catastrophic Impairment (IHA & Situational) - Attendant Care Benefit with a Form 1 - Housekeeping and Home Maintenance - Caregiving Benefit - Non-Earner Benefit - Income Replacement Benefit - Medical Rehabilitation Benefit - Future Cost of Care Assessment - Medical/Legal Assessment - Disability Related Assessments (LTD) - Functional Capacity & Abilities Evaluations - Cognitive Abilities Evaluations - Job Site/Work Site Assessments - Hospital Discharge Assessments - Community Safety Assessments - Ergonomic Assessment - Job Demands Analysis - Transferable Skills Analysis - Specialty Assessments - Home Modification Assessment/Review Treatment services include: - In Community Assessments/Treatment - Job / Return to Work Coaching - Work Hardening
