Quality and waste are what JSK Solutions are about; building processes to deliver quality to customers whilst eliminating waste at the same time. JSK Solutions works with Finance to make their processes better; taking less time, improving quality, reducing the resources consumed and improving risk management. All this achieved with a payback of less than one year. The suggestions that the team come up with are practical and consistent with Lean and Six Sigma methods appropriately modified for professional service environments. Our real value add skill lies in working with the professional side of Finance (areas such as month end close, reporting – management and statutory/regulatory, FP&A) rather than the transaction processing side although we do that too. We have also found that our expertise in working with professionals extends to other areas such as Legal and HR. Most of our work has been done in Financial Services but we have also done work in Retail, FMCG and Utilities. JSK Solutions preferred approach to consulting is to inject our expertise and drive into client project teams. Where appropriate we access associates that we have worked with before and trust.
