This requires inclusive, future-focused governance, driven by lived experience. We are working on expanding governance in Australia by investing in young leaders, centering lived experience and supporting a new generation of future-focused directors. We run * Board Ready training for young women and gender diverse people. * Low bono governance training for community and NFP organisations. We are committed to building a community of young women, allies, and organisations working to make inclusive governance the norm.
