About Just Rights Europe - International Law Firm - Human Rights Division

Just Rights is a Human Rights Law firm, located in Brussels, which has developed an expertise in litigation before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, against member States of the Council of Europe. Because national procedures do not always provide everyone with a way to uphold or restore their rights, we want to facilitate the access to the European Court for Human Rights and guarantee a quality defense for all. Additionally, because the most fundamental rights are still being violated, the Just Rights Law firm has the ambition to contribute to a more just society. We intervene in all areas of the law, as long as Human Rights interests are at stake. Just Rights does not only offer its services to private individuals, but also to legal experts, legal entities, etc.
