Just.Safe.Food (JSF) is an accredited, worker-centered food safety training program for the service industry. We provide accessible, mobile-friendly food handler certification that protects public health while respecting the time, language, and realities of frontline workers. Built with service workers and organizers, JSF aligns with FDA Food Code and state standards and is designed to scale nationally. Our model reinvests required training dollars back into worker power and organizing infrastructure through Service Workers United, helping build a more stable, skilled, and respected workforce across restaurants and foodservice. We partner with restaurants, hospitality groups, worker organizations, workforce programs, and community colleges to deliver high-quality training, clear inspection documentation, and a better experience for workers, from first job to long-term career.
