About Justice and Accountability Worldwide (JAW) ETS

Justice and Accountability Worldwide (JAW) ETS is an independent non-profit organization comprised of international experts in international criminal and human rights law who work in conflict and post-conflict environments and who support the ultimate goals of delivering justice and ending impunity. Our vision is to empower individuals and communities, impacted by serious human rights violations and abuses, to seek justice, and to enhance the capacity of institutions (governmental and non-governmental) to provide justice for them. Our work is centered on five thematic areas and priorities: • International Crimes and Criminal Justice (with a focus on Crimes Against Children & Sexual and Gender-Based Crimes); • Rule of Law and Accountability; • Access to Justice; • Trafficking in Persons; • Business & Human Rights.
