Justified AI jobs and careers

About Justified AI

We're an AI consultancy that speaks both boardroom and code. Led by Chris Ballard, a former Head of Machine Learning with 27 years of expertise, we help ambitious UK businesses implement AI solutions that actually deliver. What makes us different? We don't just theorise about AI strategy or disappear after building a prototype. We're your one partner from initial discovery through to working solution – bridging the gap between what's technically possible and what's commercially viable for your business. Whether you need to identify where AI could genuinely help, prove a concept before major investment, access strategic AI leadership part-time, or build a production-ready solution, we meet you where you are. Every recommendation comes with a business case. Every solution includes knowledge transfer. Every engagement is justified. Our approach: Understand your challenges first, then explore if and how AI can help. Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet" – and we're comfortable saying that.
