The Company's Investment holding segment includes investment holding and dormant companies. The Company's subsidiaries include EMB Technology Sdn. Bhd. and K-One Electronics Sdn. Bhd.

Founded in 2001 by Bjørn Bråten, Dato’ Martin Lim Soon Seng and Edwin Lim Beng Fook.
